The Board of Directors of SPEL Semiconductor Limited at their meeting held on May 30, 2022 approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results for Q4 FY 2021-22 and also for the Financial Year ended 31-03-2022.

For Q4 FY 2021-22 the Revenue was ₹8.73 Crores with Operating Profit of ₹0.96 Crores. This was the best Quarterly result for the FY 2021-22 and the company has confidence that it will continue to grow with similar trend in the forthcoming FY

For Financial Year ended 31-03-2022 the Company reported a Revenue of ₹15.65 Crores as compared to previous FY of ₹15.92 Crores. The Operating loss during the FY 2021-22 is ₹5.88 Crores compared to a loss of ₹5.64 Croes in the previous FY.
